About the Role - Requires licensure in multiple states. Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence. Prepare and manage pharmacy budget. Create and implement policies and procedures that improve efficiency and patient care. Track and analyze KPIs. Recruit, train, and onboard pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Manage drug inventory, to include specialty medications. Collaborate with senior executives on operations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications - PharmD OR BS in Pharmacy with 10+ years experience
Required Skills
5+ years experience as a Pharmacist In Charge
Proficiency with EMR software
Experience in Home Infusion and/or Specialty Pharmacy
